Mentorship with me is a space of attunement.
One where I draw on my life’s path woven through herbal medicine, ecological study, educational development, astrological understanding, entrepreneurial undertakings, conscious relating and countless hours listening to the wisdom of the natural world.
While each of these disciplines and paths of study have shaped me, the heart of my work isn’t found in any of my certifications or modalities. It’s found in my ability to perceive patterns.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been able to notice the threads running beneath the surface of people’s lives. I can sense the places where old stories, unseen gifts, recurring struggles, dreams, relationships, and longings intersect.
Together, we listen for what is trying to emerge. We explore the patterns repeating in your life, the places where your energy feels blocked or scattered, and the deeper wisdom asking for your attention. Drawing from plants, dreams, symbolism, story, somatic awareness, and years of studying human and ecological systems, I help illuminate what is often difficult to see from inside your own experience.

The majority of my adult life has been a journey into finding belonging and nourishing myself. Not only with whole foods and herbal medicine, but with gentle movement, healthy boundaries, tender touch, genuine relationships, and a kinder inner voice.
Over the years I’ve been a café owner, a regional manager, an herbal medicine maker, a creative writer and always, someone seeking richness and depth in my life experience.
For a moment in time, I had everything I ever dreamed of; a thriving small business, a respected place in my community, a long-term marriage, a woodland homestead, and a wide circle of friends. From the outside, it looked like I had it all.
And yet, inside, I felt depleted, disconnected, doubt-filled, and strangely empty.
That emptiness began to crack the facade of the life I had built.
The business I poured myself into became unsustainable, drawing me into online conflicts and legal battles, and eventually had to be sold. The friendships I thought would hold me for my lifetime had to be let go of. The homestead felt suffocating and no longer like home. Even my marriage had to be questioned, cleansed, and reforged.
After years of living for others, I still found myself betrayed and broken open.
But in that breaking, something deeper was revealed: nourishment is not about what we build or achieve, it’s about how we relate to ourselves, to each other, and to the living world.
My work now gathers all of those threads into one offering: a rooted hearth for story, seasonal medicine, and reflections on what it means to live well in mind, body, heart, and spirit.
